Day Program
For many families, the decision to move into a retirement home feels overwhelming. At Oakcrossing Retirement Living in London, Ontario, we have created a gentle first step. Community Connect, a day program designed for seniors who may not be ready to move, but who would benefit from social engagement, community dining and a sense of belonging.
This is the first program of its kind in our region, offering families peace of mind and seniors an uplifting place to spend the day.
Every day at Oakcrossing is thoughtfully curated to balance wellness, connection and joy.
Community Connect offers full-day and half-day options to meet your needs. Our simple intake process begins with a phone call to ensure the program is the right fit for you and your family.
Oakcrossing is proud to pioneer this innovative, first-in-the-region program as a bridge between home and retirement living.
